1. To secure at least 2% of the university's total management allocation for research funds or the Kumpulan Wang Penyelidikan (KWP), each year. 2. To achieve at least twice the amount of the KWP allocation in external research grants each year. 3. To ensure that the total number of publications indexed in WoS, Scopus, or ERA is at least equal to the number of active academic staff each year. 4. To achieve a minimum of 4 Stars in the Good Governance Rating (GGR) Audit each year.
